She is so empowering and makes me feel like a bad ass bitch after each session- honestly I can start a session feeling like absolute p**p about myself and end the session feeling amazing. She celebrates every win and is totally focused on making each session awesome.I have been training with her for 3 months so far and have come so far!

Hello & welcome to my page :) I am a Fitness Professional, a Brain AVM survivor & I’m Vegan . I’m hoping to use this page to inspire others to make the most of their lives! I have just entered my first Body Building show!! There is a lot of controversy with Veganism & Body Building competitions & I'd really like to show the Competing world what Vegans are made of!! We are fast approaching my 3 year post Major Brain Surgery Anniversary for my AVM & I would like to share my experiences over the last few years that have got me where I am today! *Videos coming soon* A little bit about me: I'm a: Certified Personal Trainer Belly Dancer Fire Dancer I love to travel, go on adventures, take part in adrenaline inducing activities & generally have fun & push myself! I'm also learning Spanish! I hope I can show you that no matter your circumstances, you have the world at your feet & are capable of so much!
