This week we celebrated Father’s Day with all of our amazing students and their families! 🎉👨‍👧‍👦

We marked the occasion with lots of fun, laughter, and some exciting board breaking! 💥🥋 The energy in the class was incredible, and it was wonderful to see everyone supporting and encouraging each other.

A big thank you to all the dads, grandads, father figures, including all the mums that also came along and supported the children and families who joined in and helped make the celebration so special. We hope you all had a fantastic Father’s Day!

In class, our 7–11 year olds have been working hard on their focus, confidence, discipline and determination.
Martial arts is about so much more than earning the next belt. It helps children learn that progress takes effort, patience and consistency — skills that can support them at home, at school and in everyday life.
It’s brilliant to see our students growing stronger, both mentally and physically. 💚
