I had a great morning at Durrington community centre. Everyone joined in brilliantly! Thank you for coming.

My favourite part was shaking the parachute with feathers flying everywhere! It was a colourful sight and we had lots of fun playing with the feathers afterwards - the children could have played with them all morning 😂 I love how something so simple can be so engaging. And the tidying up, (which was a big job - the room was covered in feathers!!) was amazing! 🤩 If anyone happened to take photos of the feather fun, I’d love to see them!

Butterfly Yoga will be back at Durrington Community Centre on Thursday 29th October for another family yoga session. 🎃

What a lot of ‘Fun at the Farm’ we had at The Nursery School Worthing and The Nursery School Storrington.

Such super nurseries to go to! The children all joined in brilliantly. ⭐

So many opportunities for yoga poses; 🚜 🐄 🐖 🦆 🐓 🐑 🐎 🐥 ☀️

We made feathers fly on the parachute and then enjoyed some themed mindfulness activities ⬇️

After blowing bubbles away, we relaxed with a di**le dangle scarecrow 😌

A hot but fun morning of ‘Dinosaur Stomp’ at Durrington community centre.

Thank you to everyone who came.

There was lots of super yoga, great teamwork & sharing, fantastic concentration during mindfulness and calm relaxation to finish - all with lots of roaring and stomping along the way! ♥️🦕
