Reasons why people should not stress and go crazy by searching on the net the different diets and proteins and what I should and shouldn't eat. Guys it's simple you need to put your body to the test play around with food and proteins and see what works and what doesn't work for you. It's that simple don't be scared to experiment cause it's the only way you will know.

Hey guys these are all vitamins and proteins that we use throughout the month as this is very important for what your body needs while you training. Tranning only meets you halfway the rest comes from your protein and vitamin intake and your nutrition which is very important. I personally as well as the chaps that train with me prefer USN products not because its South African but we feel their proteins are reasonably priced and of good quality.....
