Barbell Shoulder Press — 4 Key Cues 🏋️‍♂️

。Grip just outside shoulder width, wrists stacked over elbows

。Brace core + squeeze glutes to avoid leaning back

。Press the bar up and slightly back to keep it over mid-foot

。Head moves back on the way up, then through at lockout

Strong presses come from tight positioning and control, not momentum.
