We’ve had lots of messages from parents asking about junior hockey - thank you for your patience and interest!

We’re currently finalising the details and dates, as we’re taking on an additional coach to help support.

We’re hoping to be up and running in the next few weeks, but we’ll confirm this as soon as everything is in place.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER COACH!

We are on the lookout for a passionate, forward-thinking Hockey Coach to join us on Wednesday evenings!

🏑 What we’re looking for:
• Coach our senior session across Ladies 1s, Ladies 2s, Ladies 3s & Men’s 1s
• Deliver engaging sessions for a mixed-ability group
• Challenge our 1st XI players while developing confidence and skills across our squads
• Bring fresh ideas, modern drills and new tactical perspectives
• Lead our Junior Session | 6–7pm
• Support the development pathway from juniors into senior hockey
• Additional match-day umpiring opportunities for qualified umpires

⭐ Ideally, you’ll have:
• England Hockey Sessional Coach / Level 2 equivalent (preferred)
• Experience coaching mixed-ability club groups
• A valid First Aid qualification (desirable)
• Enhanced DBS (required)
• A positive, approachable and enthusiastic coaching style
• A passion for developing players and growing the game

💰 £25 per hour
📅 Wednesday evenings
⏰ 6pm–8pm

In return, you’ll get a supportive, social club, two dedicated committees behind you, and the opportunity to help shape the future of hockey in Worksop. 🙌
