We now have a adult male and female mixed fitness class every Thursday 5pm-6pm come down and give it a try all you need is something comfortable to wear and trainers. £5 per session

EPIC home show yesterday held outdoors in Newark with 2 rings running consecutively hosted by our sister club Epic golden gloves abc Newark🥊 the sun was shining & so was the stars inside of the ropes who each done both of our epic clubs very proud. From first skills bout appearances to competitive debuts and 30+ bout experienced talent. We even had 4 first round ko’s/stoppages 🏆. All at team epic golden gloves would like say how very proud we are of all of our team and performances. We would also like to thank all of the opponents and coaches who took part because it’s teamwork that makes the dream work. Also thank you to all of the officials mc doctors and security without all of you none of it would be possible. And lastly but certainly not least huge show of appreciation to everyone who came to support you do not go unnoticed or unappreciated.

Some brilliant performances at epic golden gloves Newark show yesterday 4 first round ko wins 🏆 very proud of everyone who took part 🥊 also big shout out to the other clubs who came and the officials that gave their time to make it possible and to everyone who came to support without you this would not be possible

*RIGHT THIS IS FOR THE ADULTS AND PARENTS !!!*

We are thinking about starting a adult only fitness & boxercise class for male & female it would be £5 per session and probably be around 1 hour long.

This would not effect the current class times or the Saturday ladies only class. They will all still be the same times

Day’s and time’s that we are currently looking at are…….

Tuesday 5pm-6pm
Thursday 5pm-6pm
Weekend 9am-10am
