🏏 Staying Cool at Junior Training Tonight! ☀️

Parents and players—it’s a hot one today!

We are following the ECB's extreme weather guidelines for tonight's session to make sure the kids have fun while staying completely safe.

Here is our "Beat the Heat" checklist for tonight:

1️⃣ Hydration Station: Please send your child with plenty of cold water. We will be taking regular, extended shade breaks to cool down.

2️⃣ Sun Safety: Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen before arriving, and bring caps/sun hats for when helmets aren't being worn.

3️⃣ Spot the Signs: Our coaches will be keeping a close eye out for heat exhaustion. If your child feels dizzy, tired, or has a headache, please let us know immediately.
