⚫️Drilling defences from the jab cross
🔴1k run
⚫️1 10 minute round 30 secs on bag 30 secs exercise …bag/push up, bag/sit ups/ bag squats/ bag/ burpees/bag/ plank …repeated x2
🔴 1k run
⚫️ 5 open bag rounds
Steady start to the session but deffo picked it up towards the end ….. top work from everyone

At 2am this morning at work I came up with the idea of after work running from my house to lync boxing academy, doing a session then running back home ….that’s over 12 hours worth of excuses I could of come up with to not do it but that’s not me…..some things Carnt be taught….a man with a lot of will and determination is a hard man to beat 🥊

🔥10x2 minute bag rounds, 1 minute rest but 10 burpees during that rest🔥

A few things have changed since I’ve last posted on here the biggest one being I’m now fighting out of lync active boxing academy 🥊 ( still under John popplewell)
And I’ve also got hair again 😂😂
