Cumberland summer showdown 9th/11th great to compete in an open mens category at 17 years old I don’t see it as a competition I see it as watching and learning from others to gain some experience and enjoy it!
Event 1 320kg yoke into 120kg log
Event 2 was sandbags over 4m bar 16-24kg bags (wasn’t there on the day)
Event 3 was cancelled due to equipment issues Event 4 escalating dead lift 210-230-250-270kg happy with this event!
And Event 5 was 150kg atlas stone over yoke all I can say is… you learn from your mistakes!
