We at CrossFit Stormbreaker are proud to be hosting a self defence seminar by Precision Krav Maga - Self Defence Training - Workington

A 2 hour seminar covering the basics we all should know, and have in our personal toolbox just in case anything happens.

This is open to all, if you’ve done some self defence before or not, a refresher never hurt anyone.

Do you walk home or to work alone? Walk the dogs in the dark or in quiet areas, do you walk with your kids / babies and want to feel safe knowing you’d know what to do in the event of an attack, waking home from the pub or in and around a new city you aren’t familiar with, or do you just want to feel safe.

This class is for you.
