🔥💥 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 💥🔥

So, just over a year ago, I had the absolute pleasure of working with

She came to me wanting to get "photoshoot ready" and basically get nice and lean while working on certain areas (for Dika, it was glutes, core, and some upper body).

We had around 6 weeks to make it possible. Now, usually, that isn't a lot of time, esspeically to build up some muscle. However, she was determined.

Now, there aren't any starting pictures here as it was all video check-ins.
But I'll say Dika trained for a lot of years, so she had good foundations to work with.
However, the hardest part wasn't the workouts (although I'm sure Dika wanted to kill me on some of the leg days). It was the reduction in calories, combined with the water cut we done, on the final week!

Getting "photoshoot ready" isn't just about dropping fat. It's about putting your body in a "dry" and lean state, so you're going to get the best shots.

I've done many over the years, and I've also got a lot of clients ready for shoots. So to have someone like Dika be so driven to push herself, I knew I was working with someone special!

I'd say the only thing that she really struggled with was the water intake... esspeically building up to that final week that I had her on 5+ liters of water. She never used to drink water, just fresh juice and tea but through determination she managed it! 👌💪

Even now after it, she craves water and is much more in tune with the health benefits of drinking more water/staying hydrated.

And her pictures show that!

Still to this day, one of the BEST clients I've worked with!

I have caught up with Dika recently, and she is doing well.
She's learnt a lot from our training together, and she is still in the gym most days!

🔥💥 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT! 💥🔥

Now this is a bit of late one, however...

When I last did my transformation, I had the pleasure of working with John!

He came to me looking to decrease body fat and wanting to reignite his training.

John was already in the perfect place to start a transformation plan, as he was itching for something new and also had a good foundation of training already!

Over the weeks, John absolutely pulled through and became more and more disciplined with everything!

I looked forward to the check ins of a weekend with him as he was bang on with tracking, gave every workout his all, and kept taking progress pics week in week out to accurately track as we couldn't just rely on the scales for his goals, we needed progress pics and workout logs too!

Don't get me wrong, there were a few weeks where John found it hard, and due to life, it was hard to stick 100% to the plan some days/weekend.

Not to worry, as he communicated this with me, and we both worked around the plan to make sure his goals were still in sight!

And the final product... John dropped from 226 lbs, starting weight to 198lbs! That's a massive 28lbs drop!

Unreal work! Not to mention, he got stronger, faster, happier, and kept all his muscles! And then he went on to win the transformation!

Well done, John! It was a pleasure!

🏋‍♂️🏋‍♀️ 8️⃣ WEEK TRANSFORMATION!

IT'S FINALLY BACK! The 2025 8 WEEK transformation is here, and it's waiting for you to unlock your potential in just 56 days!

START DATE: MONDAY 7TH JULY.

"How do I apply?" Simply direct message me on either Facebook or Instagram with what package you'd want, and l will grab your details for you to get started

"Do I need to be a member of a gym to enter?" Absolutely NOT! I have had several clients do the last one where they have not been a member of any gym and still smashed it!

"I don't think I'll get abs by the end date! Should I even do it?" That's fine! It's the BIGGEST transformation, not the person who looks the best, so just aim to do your best!

"Do I need to take part in the photoshoot at the end?" No. That's completely optional!

"When will it finish?"On the 31st of August!

"I have an event in the middle of it, Will that affect my progress?" As long as you don't have an event every weekend where you can't stick to a tracked plan then I will adjust calories on that week for you so you can enjoy the event but get right back on it after its over!

"Will my calories go down, and if so, how low will it go?" Yes, calories will go down every 1 to 2 weeks, but it isn't drastic, and calorie levels are monitored very closely through check-ins to make sure we don't go too low! Don't worry, no 800kcal diets!

"I'm a total beginner. Can I still do the plan?" Yes, this plan is for all levels! I'd even go as far to say this is the perfect plan for someone looking to kick-start their fitness journey.

"How many spaces are there available?" I only ever open 30 spaces max! Got loads of space so far, but be quick as they fill up quickly!

Leave it to life to decide and you'll find yourself in a world of SH*T.

Life won't care how you feel or if your tired or if someone kn your life has died. It will throw s**t regardless.
