🔥💥 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 💥🔥
So, just over a year ago, I had the absolute pleasure of working with
She came to me wanting to get "photoshoot ready" and basically get nice and lean while working on certain areas (for Dika, it was glutes, core, and some upper body).
We had around 6 weeks to make it possible. Now, usually, that isn't a lot of time, esspeically to build up some muscle. However, she was determined.
Now, there aren't any starting pictures here as it was all video check-ins.
But I'll say Dika trained for a lot of years, so she had good foundations to work with.
However, the hardest part wasn't the workouts (although I'm sure Dika wanted to kill me on some of the leg days). It was the reduction in calories, combined with the water cut we done, on the final week!
Getting "photoshoot ready" isn't just about dropping fat. It's about putting your body in a "dry" and lean state, so you're going to get the best shots.
I've done many over the years, and I've also got a lot of clients ready for shoots. So to have someone like Dika be so driven to push herself, I knew I was working with someone special!
I'd say the only thing that she really struggled with was the water intake... esspeically building up to that final week that I had her on 5+ liters of water. She never used to drink water, just fresh juice and tea but through determination she managed it! 👌💪
Even now after it, she craves water and is much more in tune with the health benefits of drinking more water/staying hydrated.
And her pictures show that!
Still to this day, one of the BEST clients I've worked with!

I have caught up with Dika recently, and she is doing well.
She's learnt a lot from our training together, and she is still in the gym most days!
