NEW MACHINE UPDATE

We’ve just had confirmation that our new Precor Pendulum Kick Back will be delivered and installed at the start of October! 🍑

Not long to wait now before you can all get your hands on it.

We’re really excited to keep investing in the gym and bringing in new equipment for our members — and remember, this is only the first of a few new machines we’ve got coming!

The first of a few NEW machines we’ve ordered for Re-Energize is the Precor Pendulum Kick Back!

This machine looks unreal and is going to be a brilliant addition to your workouts — especially for anyone looking to take their glute training to the next level 🍑

We’ve been listening to your feedback and investing back into the gym, and this is only the FIRST of the new additions we’ve got coming.

We can’t wait to get it in the gym for you all to try!

BANK HOLIDAY OPENING TIMES

Just a quick reminder of our opening hours this Bank Holiday weekend:
Today: 9am–2pm
Sunday: 10am–1pm
Monday: 10am–2pm

Keyfob members can still access the gym as normal from 5am–11pm.
We hope you all have a brilliant Bank Holiday weekend!

And keep your eyes on our page... this week we’ll be revealing the first of a few NEW machines coming to Re-Energize!

📣 WE’RE HIRING – RECEPTIONIST 📣

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking person to join the team at Re-Energize 💗

🕒 15–20 hours per week
📅 Includes one weekend per month
🙋‍♀️ Reception/front-of-house duties
🧹 General cleaning and keeping the gym looking its best
💬 Providing a friendly and welcoming service to our members

We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable, organised and able to use their own initiative. You’ll need to be happy keeping busy and getting stuck in with all aspects of the day-to-day running of the gym.

Experience isn’t essential as training will be provided, but reliability and a good work ethic are a must.

The Leg Press has finally been fixed and is now back in action! 💪

We know a lot of you have been waiting for it, so we're pleased to say it's now fully operational and ready to use.

Strong in her approach against good opponents, and enjoying some excellent battles. Showing leadership at the back communicating to players around her and starting counter attacks off!!
