Well over 150 different workouts created since I decided to start creating WOD’s for Aspired. This was one which went out way back in week 1 and still a great little workout to get a sweat on and get moving. Massive thanks to anyone last and present who’s taken on an Aspired WOD 💪🏼🥵

Who’s competitive then?

Give this “High Score” workout a go and let’s see what numbers you all rack up.

Set your timer for 5 mins, complete a 400m run then 12 burpees, then in the remaining time left of the 5 minutes go for max reps barbell shoulder press rest for 2 mins, then repeat changing the exercises each round as stated. Complete the run and burpees every round.

No specific weight for the barbell/wallball but choose a weight that is challenging yet which you are able to complete reps with good form.

Record your rep total from each round (not including the burpees) and add all 5 up at the end of the workout for your final high score.

Repost and tag and let’s see those scores.

Give our 9 Dart Finish workout a go and see how quick you can check out from 501.

Tag us, post your time and let’s get moving ahead of the game before 2023 hits.

Complete all exercises in order:

100 single unders (skips)
100M sled push*
100M row
100 burpees over the row machine
100 kettlebell swings
1 mile run to finish

* if no access to sled, mark out 20M of track and complete 5 x 20M shuttle runs

🎄Give Aspired’s 12 days of Christmas a shot and let us know how it goes 🎄

Start with 1 sled push and once complete move onto 2 DB Renegade rows, then back to 1 sled push, then up to 3 tyre flips, 2 renegade rows, 1 sled push and so on.

Your last round will start with 12 DB devil press and finish with 1 sled push, with all the other exercises in between in a 12-1 direction.

The last of the free November WOD’s, if you’ve enjoyed these shoot us a DM to enquire about 3 of these every week inside our Aspired WOD’s subscription service.

“Ballistic”
40 minute workout
6 min work then 2 min rest for 5 rounds.

Each round complete:

240m run (12 shuttle runs of Empire green track)

24 wall balls

then right onto the rowing machine for maximum calories for the remaining time until the clock hits 6 mins

Rest for 2 mins.

Repeat x 5
