🍁 AUTUMN PILATES! 🍂

Our September/October courses start this Friday & we have a very limited number of spaces in our Hampton Lovett (Droitwich) & Barbourne (Worcester) classes!

🚶‍♀️Fantastic for improving your posture, balance, strength & flexibility, Pilates focuses on the core or central muscles.

💪 It is a flowing, mat-based exercise form, which many find hugely beneficial when it comes to managing back pain & other long term health complaints.

🙋🏼‍♀️ All classes are taught by Natalie, a fully-certified Pilates instructor with over 12 years teaching experience & a background in Physiotherapy.

👉 I modify, adapt & progress the exercises in our classes to ensure everyone is working at a comfortable level for them. Classes are small, friendly & provide an hour for you to focus on just you; nothing else.

It’s been a long time since I’ve shared one of these, so here’s some lovely feedback from one of our Core Pilates class participants.

This participant has really noticed the positive impact that Pilates has had upon her regular exercise, which is an important observation. Strengthening your core improves balance, posture & gait (walking pattern), but I also frequently hear from class participants that they’re noticing the impact Pilates is having upon their chosen sports specifically.

Alongside the physical benefits, she has noted how much our classes help her mental wellbeing too. The specificity of the movements, breathing & core control leaves little room for other thoughts, making the sessions an effective way to focus your busy brain on your body & switch off those noisy thoughts.

☀️ Home again after the best holiday with our wonderful family 🥰

Classes are small in size, friendly & non-competitive. Suitable for a range of abilities (from beginner level) with modifications & progressions offered throughout each class.

All taught by an APPI-certified Pilates instructor, with 12 years of experience & a background in Physiotherapy.
