Flics Gymnastics has been running since January 2005 and first formed at Worcester University. The club prides its self on personal attention to each individual irrespective of ability but rather focusing on each gymnasts personal goals. We have been offering free trials since the day we started so come along for yours at your next local session.

We’re offering free open gym sessions for school-aged children – open to both members and non-members!

Come along and enjoy a fun, safe, and relaxed space to practice skills, build confidence, and stay active at your own pace. All abilities are welcome, with coaches on hand to supervise and support throughout.

Whether you’re already part of our club or just want to give gymnastics a try, everyone is welcome!
