✨ Our new banner is up! I thought I’d reintroduce Graceful Space Yoga and the story behind our name 🥰

Hi, I’m Heather 👋 Founder & Yoga Teacher.
When choosing a name for my yoga business, I knew I wanted it to reflect what matters most to me, creating a safe & welcoming space where everyone feels at home.

The word Graceful holds a special place in my heart. Grace is my youngest sister’s middle name and as a big sister, it has always been important to me to encourage my sisters to believe in themselves and follow their dreams. When I surprised my sister and shared the reason behind the name, the smile on her face reminded me why I do this work - to create connection, support, and a sense of belonging 🤍

As I reflected more on the name, I realised something beautiful. For the previous year and a half, I had already been teaching my students to give themselves grace through their yoga practice - to let go of perfection, listen to their bodies, and meet themselves with compassion, patience, and love ❤️

That is the heart of Graceful Space Yoga. A safe space where you can show up exactly as you are, knowing you are enough. Thank you for being here! If you feel called to join our community, we would love to welcome you 🙏🤍✨

As we move into the warmer, brighter months, I’d absolutely love to offer some outdoor yoga sessions at catshill village meadow 🧘‍♀️

A chance to move, breathe, and truly connect—with yourself, each other, and the beauty of nature all around us 💛

Before we can confirm a day & time, i'd love to hear your input of when supports you best? ✨

• Monday or Wednesday (or let me know when suits you for future outdoor sessions) 😊

• Early morning flow: 7:00–8:00am (a calm, nourishing start to the day)
• Mid-morning reset: from 9:30am onwards
• Evening unwind: after 6:00pm

Been thinking about trying yoga but not sure where to begin? This is your sign ✨

Join our welcoming local yoga community every Friday at 6:30pm at Catshill Village Hall—a space to unwind, reset, and gently ease into your weekend feeling calmer, lighter, and more energised. 🪷

Our sessions are completely beginner-friendly, so there’s no pressure to “get it right.” You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, tune into your body, and simply enjoy the experience. Each week we focus on connecting mind, body, and breath—helping you slow down and reconnect with yourself. 🕯️✨

Expect a warm, cosy atmosphere with soft candlelight, twinkling fairy lights, and the calming scent of lavender to help you fully relax and feel at ease. And for that extra touch of bliss, there’s an optional gentle head massage at the end of each class… the perfect way to melt away stress. 💜

Whether you’re coming alone or with a friend, it’s a lovely opportunity to meet like-minded people and carve out some well-deserved You time. 🫶🩷

Tree in the sea 🌊😅

I’ve just returned from my birthday trip to Tenerife feeling very grateful… and also very, very, very sunburnt 🌞

Safe to say, my body is currently asking for stillness rather than sun salutations — it even hurts to get onto my mat, so I’m definitely not in a place to guide you through a class this evening.
So tonight, we practice a different kind of yoga… listening to the body, resting when it asks, and maybe applying a generous amount of aloe vera 😅

I won’t be teaching this evening, but all class passes have been returned to your accounts for you to use whenever suits you. I’ve also added some more classes, so there are plenty of chances to move together soon. 🩷

Thank you, as always, for your kindness and understanding — I’ll be back next week 🧘‍♀️

Celebrated my 24th birthday over the weekend - feeling so grateful to be surrounded by so much love from the wonderful people around me and the earth 🌷🩷✨

A reminder that there's no class on this week as Harry & I are on holiday ✈️☀️ The next class will be the following week 17th April 6:30pm - thank you to those of you who have already booked, I can't wait to see you on the mat! 🥰

Please remember to take some time for yourself this week to recharge and let go, whether that be a walk in nature, moving on your mat or simply taking deep breaths 🩷🙏

Stepping into a new month with calm and intention 🌼

It’s the first of April... and don't worry - no pranks here, just good energy 😊🙏

A quick note: there will be no class on Friday 10th April as I’ll be away celebrating my birthday 🥰🎂
