A dance fitness class with easy to follow routines using glow sticks to club classics from the 90's to now. After checking in you'll be given a set of flashing rave glow sticks, these are reusable so much more environmentally friendly than the single use ones. We darken the room, get the disco lights going and start with a simple warm up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to floor-fillers fr

om 90′s rave to recent dance anthems. The routines are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options. It's all about fun, not about perfection. Take it to your level, keep it simple and enjoy the music. What are the benefits of Clubbercise classes?

> You get to dance to your favourite tracks without a hangover the next day!
> Dancing in the dark with disco lights and lasers means you can really let go
> Dancing with rave glow sticks gives your arms a good work out
> You'll burn around 500 calories in an hour
> You'll tone your muscles

Do I need to be an experienced dancer? Definitely not! We deliberately make our routines easy-to-follow so you can relax and enjoy it rather than worrying about getting the steps wrong. Do I need to be fit? Because of the high and low impact options, Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great if you’re a beginner or if you’re already a fitness freak! What should I wear/bring? No heels! Just trainers and sportswear/streetwear/fitness clothing… something you can dance in... and make sure you bring some water.

Well I definitely felt the Clubbercise love tonight! 💕 Loved the whoop whoop energy! 🙌🏼 Thank you so much Clubbers for sharing your Valentine’s evening with me and for your awesome energy as always - I loved every minute of it 🥰💃🏻. Sorry to those Clubbers I missed tonight (I know Valentine’s and half term was a tricky one). Hopefully I will be back soon to glow with you all again. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - Hi Clubbers, we have our Valentine’s glow all set for tomorrow and I can’t wait to see you on the dance floor 💃🏻.

Unfortunately, I do have another announcement - I have another meeting next week, and it is with a heavy heart that, as a result, I have made the decision to temporarily stop my Clubbercise classes 😢.

The decision hasn’t been easy and I’ve cherished every moment of glowing with you all over the years. I hope to be back in the future but sadly for now I can’t give you all the consistent commitment it deserves.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported me over the years and for glowing with me - you have made it so much fun 💕.

So, I hope you can join me tomorrow to show the Clubbercise love on Valentine’s day and glow with me one more time. Hopefully it’s not the last one forever but for now….keep dancing 💃🏻🥰 ###

It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas 🎄 but just a reminder we have no class tonight due to a meeting 🥲. Our last session of 2023 is next week but I’ve had quite a few people let me know they can’t make it with Christmas parties, family events etc as we get very close to Christmas 🎉. So I wanted to check if we still want a session next week or if it’s a bit too close to the mayhem of Christmas shenanigans? 🎅🏽😆 Could you comment or message me to say if you can make next week please so I can see if we have enough to run the class or we settle into the party season ready to glow in 2024!🎄🎉💃🏻
