Sometimes we get caught up being so competitive that we forget about the love of the sport. Here, we have our Worcester juniors, most of them have 1-18 month's experience and currently play for fun. Watching these juniors enjoy a good game on a Tuesday night, carefree, is refreshing and a nice break away from the competitiveness we endure in other classes.

We did it!
Our Under 15s claimed gold at the Shropshire Open with two players short of a full team.
We started the day with five players and we comfortably took a 23-7 win over Shropshire Squashies. We were the most experienced team but being a player down and not having our usual Under 15s team levelled the playing field. We lost a player after the first game, Jack and Rohan didn't get a break following playing back to back adult and junior games, plus Alfie got a stitch from eating lunch during the break while the inexperienced Shropshire team gained confidence going into our rematch. This put us at a huge disadvantage being two players down at the start of every set. Despite a rocky start, we were able to bounce back and claim a 12-12 tie at full time, which was enough to secure the gold. The victory has quaified us for Central England Dodgeball's England Championship in December.
