After an incredible fourth W.A.R.S event back in April, we’re already looking ahead to the next one.

WINTER W.A.R.S November 2026 ❄️

It’s been a pleasure teaming up with my other half, Danielle to bring these events to life, and we couldn’t do it without the support of everyone who competes, volunteers, spectates and cheers from the sidelines.

Every event gets bigger, louder and more memorable, and we’re excited to see what Winter W.A.R.S has in store.

Training is easier when you’ve got people around you who want to see you do well 💪

That’s what small group training is all about…showing up consistently, pushing yourself, supporting each other, and having something in the diary that makes you feel better afterwards.

No egos. No pressure to “keep up”. Just good coaching, hard work, and a group that keeps each other going.

Here’s when you can get involved each week:

Small group training built around functional fitness. Suitable for all levels, focused on moving well, getting stronger, and enjoying the process.

This is what years of showing up looks like.
Not the highlights. Not the posts. ✨️

These notebooks hold the late nights, the self-doubt, the plans that changed, the lessons learned the hard way, and the belief that never left, even when quitting would’ve been easier. 💭

Every page represents people who trusted me, sessions delivered with intent, and a version of me that kept going when no one was watching. Nothing here was accidental. YPT wasn’t built overnight, it was built page by page.📝

Looking at this, I feel a quiet pride. Grateful for where it started, proud of who I became building it, and excited for where it’s going. This isn’t just work, it's proof. 💯

I also want to thank the people who were there from the very beginning, the ones who believed in me before there was proof, before it looked polished, before it was certain. A special shoutout to Daniel, who’s been by my side for the last 6 years, supporting me every single week since day one. It’s people like this who’ve helped build me, shape me, and mould the coach and person I am today. 🫶🏻

I’m letting go of the old books to make room for what’s next, but the beginning will always stay with me. 🥰

Last night we finished the session with a tug-of-war tournament 🪢💥

Group stage battles first, everyone pulling, everyone involved,
then 1st place Group A vs 1st place Group B to crown the winners 👑

Teams thrown together, plenty of shouting, questionable tactics, and a lot of laughsn the perfect way to finish off a hard session.🙌🏻

Some community fun, lots of smiles, lots of sweat, lots of laughs. 💯
