It's been awhile but I am still here, i am hoping to reboot MJFITNESS 🙏. So keep a eye on this page.

I'm currently doing my aqua qualification so hopefully I be able to get my own classes then.

I'm still currently a swim teacher, I do mini splash on Wednesdays at Perdiswell at 12.30-1.30pm call the centre to book in, you don't have to be a member.

I'm not personal training but I am hopefully kick start my massage going again.

Update on MJFITNESS.

Currently off sick but I want to update you all.

There's been alot of changes to my job at Perdiswell Leisure Centre.

I am no long a gym instructor in the gym but this doesn't mean I have left the centre completely. I have fully transfered over to swim teaching and fitness classes.

I am still Personal Trainer at perdiswell but there are certain times I will be PT on the gym floor.

I will update what fitness classes I am doing as I am based over two freedom sites for this.

Once I am fully recovered I will share my fitness class timetable and I can't wait to start this next chapter of my career and seeing where it goes.

Thank you for those who have reached out the last few days worried I completely left, no I haven't you can't get rid of me that easily.

Manchester Marathon 2022.
Number 23 done, safe to say I am happy to finally toe Manchester marathon after 2 years of cancelled and deffered thanks to covid and clashing of events.
I haven't had the smooth training block thanks to some health issues and getting covid 3 weeks out before race day. Now suffering with long covid complications because of that , I have to have a inhaler and now have amstma but it won't stop me.
Counting down the days me and my coach had a plan, run at a certain pace up to the point my chest won't let me anymore and enjoy the rest and that's what I did, I high foved kids and danced to the bands so I had lots of fun.
I am proud to manage a sub 4 not what I trained for but feeling strong to still finish and feeling fine after has helped, as I pretty much went straight back to training.
My plan is now to continue my training and recover properly from long covid, keeping my miles happy.

After months of hard grafting and theory work, this week been assessment week in malvern. But I am happy to say I passed and now an fully qualified swim teacher.

(I am exhausted, but its worth it)
