We took a trip to our beautiful venue this morning to start getting things ready for this weekend 😍😍😍
The field of play has been marked out, we’ve walked the courses, and had some final chats about things for the day 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Only a few days left to register!!!! DON’T MISS OUT 🙌🏻

We have 2 events sold out, but still have spaces on the Trail Run, Kids Obstacle Course and SwimRun!!!!!

🎉 A huge well done to all of our runners who took part in the Worcester City Run yesterday! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

From the 1 Mile Challenge all the way through to the Half Marathon, we had Exclusive Gym members and clients out there achieving some fantastic things.

We saw PBs smashed, first-time runners crossing the finish line and plenty of smiling faces! 🙌

That’s what it’s all about — having a go, challenging yourself and having fun in the process.

Another weekend can only mean more challenges for some of our members and clients 💪
Firstly Leslie took on the Brecon beacons challenge and did herself proud by smashing the course.
And then Gareth Larner Paterson took on his first full long distance triathlon and totally smashed it with big smiles all the way round.
Both have shown hard work, dedication and consistency to achieve their goals well done guys were all extremely proud of you 🎉💪🏃
It doesn't matter what level your at it's about turning up, having a go and having fun 😊 😊

A great family friendly, fun day out for everyone! If you are looking for a challenge then come and join in with any of the events, trail run, SwimRun, functional fitness challenge (PLEASE BOOK!) or just come and support your little one in the kids obstacle race! We have a sports day for adults and children to take part in fun non competitive races, but if none of that takes your fancy we have face painting, a BBQ and a DJ 🎉 You can take a walk around the lake and take in the beautiful scenery too 😍 Some events are nearly sold out so please book now to secure your place!!

What a weekend at the Triathlon 💪🔥

A huge congratulations to pippa, who completed her very first half-distance triathlon. After months of hard work and battling through injury, just making it to the start line was a massive achievement. She smiled from start to finish and, needless to say, has definitely caught the triathlon bug! 🔥👏

And then there's , who absolutely SMASHED the full-distance race, taking 1st place in his age group and becoming British Champion! 🥇🏆 What an incredible performance—an absolute legend!

We're so proud of you both. Whether it's your first event or you're standing on the top step of the podium, it's all about challenging yourself, keeping moving forward, and enjoying the journey.

Congratulations guys—you've done yourselves and Exclusive Gym proud and proud .phil 👏❤️
