Stretch & Strengthen 6 Week Course

A stretching & strengthening class for martial artists.

Suitable for all levels. Stretch & Strengthen will help you improve your flexibility and kicking strength, no matter what skill level you are.

Focusing on overall flexibility but specifically stretching for kicking flexibility. We will help you work towards your splits, hip mobility and general wellbeing. The course will also cover specific exercises to help strengthen your kicks and posture.
