Be Well And Flourish featured in its first event programme today!! I offer wellness and mental fitness coaching, and also specialise in working with people like me who receive adult diagnoses of Autism and ADHD.

It was a proud moment as a new business owner transitioning out of the corporate world into a career that provides me more fulfilment in getting to help the people I work with.

This weekend I have spent time out in nature on the North Norfolk Coast. One of the highlight was the ‘Wader Spectacular’ at RSPB Snettisham. Soooo many birds! Amazing sights and sounds 🥰🤗
