The most exciting time you can have outdoors. But we are more than just outdoor activities, we use NLP during our outdoor activities to make a real difference.

We provide outdoor activities in Worcestershire Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean, Herefordshire, and the Wye Valley as well as Monmouthshire and the Brecon Beacons in South Wales. We can organise outdoor activities such as climbing, abseiling and canoeing in Gloucestershire and the Forest of Dean in the Wye Valley or for something different you could go gorge walking in Monmouthshire and Herefordshire, survival training in Gloucestershire or high ropes and raft building in the Forest of Dean.

What a brilliant afternoon at Mallards Pike for this Stag Do’s raft‑building challenge!

Two teams went head‑to‑head to design, build and race their own rafts across a course set out on the lake. The creativity, teamwork and competitive spirit were unreal — and the laughter carried right across the water.

From bold designs to last‑minute fixes, every raft had its own personality… and every team gave it everything in the race. A fantastic mix of fun, problem‑solving and friendly rivalry, all in a stunning Forest of Dean setting.

What a fantastic Hen Do on the Afon Sychryd today. These Henventurers brought the energy from the very first step and didn’t let up once. Every challenge — , scrambles, plunges and more — they took on with determination, courage and a whole lot of laughter.

What stood out most was how they supported and encouraged each other all the way through the gorge. The teamwork was brilliant, the smiles were constant, and the laughter was ringing off the canyon walls.

A proper day of adventure, confidence, unforgettable moments and comfort zone smashing.

What a day for this stag group on the Afon Mellte! 💦
Sunshine, big laughs and non‑stop adventure from start to finish.

The lads threw themselves into every challenge — walking behind waterfalls, sliding down natural chutes, diving through cascades, and jumping into deep pools. The energy was unreal and the teamwork made it even better.

This is exactly what a stag do in South Wales should look like: full commitment, full adrenaline and memories that will be talked about for years. Massive respect to the whole group for giving it everything. Thanks to Clyngwyn Farm - Bunkhouse and Cafe for use of their facilities.

A brilliant 3 days out on the Malvern Hills with the Level 2 and Level 3 Uniformed Services students from Gloucestershire College.

We took on a testing route along the ridge, hitting some of the best viewpoints and toughest sections — steep climbs, quick descents and long stretches that really pushed focus, teamwork and resilience.

The students absolutely rose to it. Great communication, solid determination and plenty of support for each other all the way. Exactly what you want to see from young people preparing for careers in the uniformed services.

Days like this are about far more than just walking. They build confidence, leadership, decision‑making and the ability to perform under pressure. A fantastic effort from everyone involved.

What a brilliant day canoeing on the River Wye from Ross-on-Wye! This awesome group of adventurers took on the river and absolutely smashed it. A few nerves at the start quickly turned into nothing but smiles, laughter and steady paddling as we made our way downstream.
With blue skies overhead, warm air, games, chat and only one capsize, it was the perfect way to experience one of the most scenic stretches of the River Wye.
If you’re looking for canoeing in the Wye Valley, outdoor activities in Herefordshire, or a fun group adventure on the water, this route delivers every time.

What a weekend for the Bradford on Avon Under 11s rugby team. These young legends took on the Afon Sychryd gorge with unbelievable enthusiasm — scrambling upstream, tackling natural obstacles, and launching themselves off waterfalls with huge smiles and even bigger courage.
Their teamwork, energy, and willingness to dive into every challenge made the day unforgettable. It’s amazing to see how skills from the pitch translate so naturally into the outdoors: resilience, communication, and backing each other every step of the way.
A brilliant group to adventure with.
