Currently I am a Zumba instructor and senior fitness instructor for the elderly in the elderly homes and settings . I also work along with Worcester Sports to deliver Zumba Kids fitness and exercise to music sessions at local schools . I teach in colleges and freelancing in fitness clubs and frequently get involved with various charity fundraising events. Throughout my life, I have always enjoyed

health and fitness and been a participant for various group exercise classes myself for many years. At the beginning of 2011, I started to attend weekly Zumba classes and got hooked on it and thoroughly enjoyed Zumba. It was fun and we were all exercising in a party-like environment with all the lovely Latin and international music. As I was looking for a career change, I really wanted to find something that I could be passionate about and something I would really enjoy and Zumba was the answer. With my background of teaching music and movement I decided to train as a Zumba instructor at the end of 2011 and started my own Zumba classes in March 2012. After further training, I obtained my license to teach Zumba Sentao and Zumba for children. I also attend regular Zumba ZIN Jam training sessions in order to keep up-to-date with the latest Zumba music and latest choreography. I also hold a CYQ certificate Fitness Instructor Exercise To Music Level 2 , CYQ Fitness Instructor Certificate Gym-Based Exercise Level 2. , CYQ Level 3 Personal Trainer Level;also Hydro Actif Shallow Water certification . Zumba Licensed to teach :
* Official Zumba Instructor Basic Steps Level 1 & 2
* Official Zumba Gold Instructor (Lower Impact Zumba class, slower pace class)
* Offical Zumba Sentau Instructor (Zumba Fitness centred around a chair)
* Official Zumba Kids (8-12 yrs old) and Zumba Kids Junior (4 - 7 yrs old) Instructor. •Official Aqua Zumba instructor


What is Zumba ? Zumba is a Latin-inspired, fitness workout and dance programme that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting , exhilarating, and effective fitness system. A ZUMBA class - known as a ZUMBA Fitness-Party - combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Dancers and non-dancers alike can easily master a ZUMBA class because previous dance experience is not necessary. A ZUMBA class creates a party-like atmosphere that provides a non-intimidating situation for non-dancers, new exercisers, or those who have previously hesitated to participate in group classes. As a few of you are still keen on Zumba®️ tonight😉,so outdoor Zumba®️ at 7pm tonight is still on at Archdale Social Club.We will be using the outdoor area by the side of the building, the overflow car park bit. Bring lots of water. I will bring in extra cold water in too in case anyone want to refill.

So grateful for the amazing people who make every class so special.
