We have 13 athletes competing in Greece across the next 3 days and we’d like to wish them the best of luck.

We have a brand new track launching on AOD Athlete on Monday 6th April! This phase will run for the next 6 weeks only and will focus on competition peak training for anyone who has a competition between now and the end of May.

The focus of this program will be on exposing you to competition-specific movements, time domains, and intensities, including weekly running progressions.
