Hi everyone

So I have made the decision to cancel Pilates tomorrow morning at 8.30am

This is a totally selfish decision on my part.

I am exhausted 😩 and the thought of being away and then having g to drive back to teach is just killing me.

My health took a swerve ball yesterday and I know my mind and body is telling me to just stop and have a break.

I’m so sorry to cancel you session at such short notice.

So I’m just shouting out to all of my Thursday morning clubbers 📢

Numbers for this class are too low currently for it to run. 😢.

If you want this class to stay please try and book in 🙏🙏🙏.

I will monitor numbers over the next four weeks.

I’ve run this class for 10 years and numbers have never been so low😢.

So Saturday morning Pilates at 8.30am currently only has 4 people booked for this weekend.

If you know you are coming to class can you please book by Thursday morning 🙏

I am going away for the weekend and am driving back especially to teach the class and then go back to the campsite where I am staying .

If numbers are below 5 on Thursday I will cancel the class
