Sam is a qualified Personal Trainer with both Level 2 and Level 3 certifications, dedicated to helping people build strength, confidence, and long-term performance.
Sport has been a huge part of my life. I played rugby for over 20 years, competing in a physically demanding environment that taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of smart, effective training. That experience shaped my approach to fitness—strong foundations, consistent effort, and training with purpose.
Since stepping away from rugby, I’ve transitioned into Olympic weightlifting, where precision, technique, and power are key. This shift has deepened my understanding of movement mechanics, mobility, and strength development, allowing me to coach clients safely and effectively at all levels.
Whether your goal is to get stronger, improve athletic performance, lose fat, or simply feel more confident in the gym, I tailor every programme to the individual. My coaching style is supportive, structured, and results-driven—focused on helping you move better, lift stronger, and stay injury-free.
