**NEW SEND Carer and Child Yoga Sessions!!**
My passion and interest has been working with children with SEND for many years and
I am really excited to be teaming up with Worcestershire Mums Network CIC
to be able to host….
0-5 SEND YogaBears Children & Carers Yoga & Connection Sessions

YogaBears aim to bring smiles and laughter. These sensory, song, movement and connection sessions will include interactive storytelling, inclusive poses, sensory song time with Sign Along, based around my experiences using intensive interaction, and guided meditation to relax and chill everyone out at the end.
Special time together, to move, breathe and connect. These sessions will be a multisensory journey for both child and carer.

🌈 **Our SEND-friendly YogaBears sessions are back next week!** 🌈

A fun, inclusive and welcoming space for children to move, play, breathe, explore and simply be themselves.

There’s no pressure to sit still, get poses “right” or join in a particular way. Every child is welcome to take part in the way that feels right for them.

This term, we’ll be starting with our *Roots* and discovering the superpower of *Happiness* — with plenty of movement, imagination, creativity, fun and giggles along the way!

I can't wait to welcome back our wonderful YogaBears and meet some new ones too!

🌈 **A brand new SEND YogaBears term is nearly here!** 🌈

I’m so excited to welcome back our wonderful little YogaBears and hopefully meet some new ones too!

This term, we're starting with our **Roots** — exploring what helps us feel grounded, safe and connected.

We’ll also be discovering our first YogaBears **superpower... Happiness!** ☀️✨

Through playful yoga, movement, breathing, imagination and creativity, we'll explore the things that bring us joy, help us feel good in our bodies and, of course, have lots of fun and giggles along the way!

I can't wait to see where our YogaBears adventure takes us this term! 🌈✨

Focusing on information, understanding, acceptance and bliss this superpower represents the connection between bliss and understanding to help us feel free. Rah helps us understand how focusing on aligning our other superpowers we can feel safe, creative, confident, kind and happy to express our true selves and be FREE.

I am over the moon that YogaBears were invited to Lakefest!

Over the festival, our little YogaBears space was filled with movement, laughter, imagination and so much fun. We stretched, balanced, breathed, played, created and let our imaginations run wild!

One of the things I love most about taking YogaBears to a festival is that every session is completely different. Children come and go, families join in, little ones might want to dive straight into the action while others prefer to watch from the sidelines first — and that's absolutely how it should be.

There is no pressure to get a pose right, sit still or join in a particular way. It's about creating a playful, welcoming space where children can move their bodies, explore, connect and simply be themselves.

It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces, families joining in together and children throwing themselves into the fun. From big energetic movements to quieter moments, creative activities and plenty of giggles, it really was such a special experience.

Hosting at Lakefest was definitely a reminder of why I love what I do so much. 💛

Thank you to everyone who came along, moved, played, breathed, created and shared a little bit of YogaBears magic with me and the Bears!!

Thank you, Malvern Council, for welcoming the YogaBears to the New Victoria Park opening! It was so much fun to see all the happy faces, have a brilliant drop-in session and see the Mayor make it official. The new play park is so great for those with wheelchairs or limited mobility, featuring an accessible trampoline, roundabout, and swing. Well done, Malvern, on your work for SEND children!

💫NEW 0-5yrs SEND YogaBears session for children and caregivers.
📍 Lighthouse Family Centre, Worcester.
📅 Tuesday Mornings (time tbc)

YogaBears sensory song, movement and connection sessions will include storytelling, interactive props, sign along, Makaton and inclusive yoga moves and guided meditation and chill out.

What a beautiful afternoon in the walled garden at Arley Arboretum we shared at our **Summer Sun Dance Session**. ☀️💚

It was so special to see families moving, laughing, creating and connecting together through yoga, nature and play. From dancing with the YogaBears and making nature-inspired crafts to decorating kites and simply enjoying time together outdoors, every smile reminded me why I love creating these experiences.

Such welcome feedback - one parent commented that it was a real change that they didn't have that familiar feeling of worry in their stomach.... truly. Come as you are. Celebrate yourself and support each other...
No expectations. No pressure. Feel your shoulders drop away...

Thank you to every family who joined us and made the day so memorable. Your energy, kindness and willingness to join in made it truly special.

Here's to many more moments of movement, connection and belonging at the beautiful Arley. 🌿💚
