Hi all so sorry hopefully you’ve all been notified that I won’t be doing my last two classes in December for splash dance fitness. I’ve got an ongoing head and neck issue that is being investigated and I can’t participate in high intensity exercise due to the pain it causes and incase I’m making it any worse. Hopefully you all understand and I’ll see you in January 💖 happy Christmas and happy new year, thank you for your ongoing support for my class 🎄❤️

Hi all! My class was cancelled for today without my knowledge, I turned up to teach and was told it was cancelled on Friday 💔 really sorry all, I’m away now for 2 weeks which is a nightmare seeing as I didn’t get to teach today! I’ll see you all when I’m back 😞

CLASS IS CANCELLED TODAY!! ☹️☹️☹️

Unfortunately I’ve got a awful migraine and can’t shift it, really sorry to cancel, I was doing a work assessment last weekend which is why I wasn’t there last week.

I’ll be back next week. 🩷

Another qualification ticked off ✅ more info coming soon about classes! This will be 60+ aged, with seated and standing variations in villages halls across Worcestershire!
