But ADHD etc is fu***ng s**t sometimes lol especially when you’re trying to stick to a routine or training plan and get bored or just stop doing it after a week or 2.

Then wonder why you’re not progressing 😂

I haven’t mastered this routine s**t for myself yet!!!!

But I have helped plenty of people reach their goals and stick to their routines etc

Worcester people / gym owners 👋

STRONGER by JLPfitness is growing.

I’m not leaving where I currently am — but I am looking for a second base in Worcester to expand what I’m building.

Ideally looking for:

a gym,
fitness space,
studio,
warehouse space,
or somewhere open to hosting a self-employed coach/PT.

The goal is simple:
Help more people get physically and mentally stronger.

I already have an established client base, coaching experience, active social media presence, and I’m looking to keep growing the STRONGER community across Worcester.
