Days, weeks, however long it has been since you committed to a healthier lifestyle, it doesn’t matter!
Don’t fall into the mindset of I’ll start tomorrow, I’ll start next week. The longer it goes on, this routine of behaviour the more you convince yourself there’s no point, the more fear will cripple you, the more it accumulates into a huge issue you’ll never fix
Just take the first step, so one walk, one session, one day or eating well. Rinse and repeat until it becomes a habit and part of your identity!!
