Any teams available for a double header pre season friendly on Saturday 1st July?

Unfortunately we have been let down and don’t want both our first and reserves team to go without a game.

The game would need to be played at your home ground as wootton do not have access to our home pitch til the start of the season due to Island Games using it to prepare.

Unfortunate game for AFC Wootton today losing 4-1 to Osborne Coburg at home. Playing them again next week so hoping for a different outcome. Goals: Harris (1)

Boys did it again today, three wins on the trot for the first team. 3-1 against an incredibly physical High Park team, resulting in more bookings than goals (none for us 😉). Superb performance by everyone involved. Goals: Ross (1) Harry (1) and the increíble cameo from Hally (1) ⚽️

Wootton first team won 5-3 against Carisbrooke united. Another the great result for the wootton lads. Superb first half display entering half time at 3-0 up only for a persistent Carisbrooke side to bring the score line back to level pe***ng. As always, the boys showed their character and fought back to take home the additional points, getting two goals later in the second half. Goals: Harry G (2) Luke (1) Dave (1) Josh (1)
