After our first gameday we ended with every possible outcome, a win a loss and a draw!

Our first game was against the Earls Barton Raiders, a game that we started very flat and was punished for not coming out hot! We ended the half 28-6 down. After a team talk where everyone agreed the problems we came back out and with some interceptions, great plays and team work we ended the game with a loss of 28-24, in the second half we shut out the raiders but couldn't get enough points to win the game. Well played to the raiders, we look forward to playing you again! 👏

Our second match saw us play a new team to the Outlaw Flag League which was the Cheltenham Neptunes - Flag Football Team other team The Flood. We came out in this game a lot stronger and ended the half 13-0. The job wasn't done and The Flood had a better second half, matching us at 13 all. Leaving us with a draw, points on the board but lessons to be learnt on our side!

Our final match of the gameday was against a team that we battled hard against last year Ware Wolves Flag. After starting slow and not finishing out a game earlier in the day we went into this game with strong determination to get a win. We started well and was playing some great football on both sides of the game! We ended up with a great win of 25-14, not an easy game but points well deserved!

Our MVP of the gameday was our blitzer of the day Aaron Moul! He played extremely well and tracked back across the pitch at all times, earning the respect and votes of the team! Well done Aaron!

DOTD - Lewis Wells, who turned up a little worse for wear and took the grand total of 2 games before he had a great game and knew where he was after this (don't do that again!)

Overall a fantastic start our season and with the next gameday this weekend we are looking forward to carrying on our great start! 🏈🏈

Our second season in the OFL league starts tomorrow!

As we soar into the new season, with our new image as the Wight Raptors! We would like to take this opportunity to thank our sponsor Dinosaur Isle for making it possible to rep the new kit, we're immensely grateful for your partnership and support!

We are the same driven squad with more experience and less rookies, along with an addition of a seasoned player from the chichester sharks! We're ready to leave our mark out on the field!

Throughout the off-season, we've been working hard at training, perfecting our plays and countless hours of repping. With our eyes set on victory, we're prepare to tackle any challenge that comes our way and make this season one for the books.

We take on the Earls Barton Raiders first, with a a great battle last year ending with a loss by 1 point we look forward to this match up!
We then take on Cheltenham Neptunes - Flag Football Team new team The Flood, a new team to league, we welcome you and look forward to finding out what you are all about! Finally we take on Ware Wolves Flag a team we had a few of running with last year with all possible outcomes a win, a draw and a loss, this one should be an interesting game!

Furthermore we look extremely forward to playing all teams in the Outlaw Flag League! And also saying meeting this friendly bunch again too!

Let's make this season legendary!
