This morning we welcomed our members to our Prime Fitness Summer Social☀️

After a stretch session together in the tent, members enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge in the beautiful setting of Wiltshire Wild Sauna, leaving feeling relaxed, refreshed, and recharged.

A great morning of movement, connection, and spending time with our community that makes Prime Fitness what it is.

Chrissy’s story is one we know a lot of people will relate to.

After time away from training and feeling anxious about what exercise would look like post-surgery, she needed the right support, guidance, and environment to help her rebuild confidence again.

Now she’s back enjoying training and feeling stronger week by week.

At Prime Fitness we aim to provide the right coaching in a supportive space where training is adapted to the individual, so people can feel fitter and get stronger with confidence.
