KEEP FIT FRIDAY CLASS
10:30am at Woodstock Tennis and Bowls Club
Want to feel better/stronger/fitter?Come and join our Friday exercise class. This session is suitable for older adults but everyone is welcome!
Classes include:
*10 minutes standing warm up mobility exercises
*15 minutes gentle, low impact aerobic moves to music from the 60’s and 70’s designed to improve stamina and cardio fitness (and have fun!)
*20 minutes supported standing and seated yoga and Pilates exercises for bone density, muscular strength and flexibility
*10-15 minutes relaxing mindful cool down and stretch
Options and rest breaks are offered throughout for different fitness levels!
We have a big room with lots of open doors and windows for safe social distancing and ventilation 👍
