Just finished a very hot workout 😅🏋🏼♀️ with a really motivated group in this intense heat. It was fantastic to have such a great turn out, well done everyone you all did brilliantly.
Things to remember when working out in this heat:
Stay hydrated
Listen to your body, it’s ok to take more breaks than normal, ease back on the intensity (if necessary)
If outside try and stay in the shade as much as possible and wearing light coloured clothing will help reflect the heat.
Stay safe and enjoy the sun ☀️
