Why Awareness Matters
You can’t change what you don’t notice.
Most people think they have a pretty good idea of what they’re eating. The reality? We’re usually way off.
Tracking creates awareness.
When you track your habits, you start to see patterns:
✅ Why your energy is low
✅ Why recovery feels poor
✅ Why progress has stalled
✅ Why some weeks feel great and others don’t
The goal isn’t to obsess over numbers. The goal is to gather information.
A food diary doesn’t change your nutrition. But awareness will allow you to make better decisions.
For the Nutrition Challenge, tracking isn’t about being perfect. It’s about paying attention. Because once you’re aware of your habits, you can start making small changes that add up to big results.
