Exercise should be fun and leave you feeling uplifted and motivated. Nothing beats the feel good factor of a 'look what I've achieved' moment. Qualifications

Why I run.

I’ll start with how fortunate I am to be able to run, something I never take for granted. Running for me is a time to reset, it calms my thoughts and helps me gain perspective.
Over the years I’ve ran for a variety of reasons, toddler free time, chasing a pb or for a funky medal. These may have changed over time but running will always be my happy place . I’m still a sucker for a funky medal though ❤️

I always talk about the importance of giving yourself a personal challenge but never underestimate the power of a great team.
