Private olympic weightlifting sessions ideal for beginners and intermediate lifters. Sessions available for those looking for an introduction to weightlifting as well as those who are looking to better their technique whether it be solely for weightlifting or to aid themselves in another sport. I have previously competed internationally for the British and English Youth teams and was also New Zeal

and U15 Champion. I want to bring to you the love and passion I have for this sport to make it fun and enjoyable for anyone of any age, I have my BWL level 1 qualification and also my Crossfit Level 1 qualification as well as my international experience on the platform.

❗️ Tip For The Week ❗️

When setting up for your Sn**ch or Clean and Jerk, try to ensure knees are not sitting over the bar.

Push your knees back, keep your weight through the centre of your foot, chest nice and proud.

If you can start with your shins as close to vertical as possible this sets you up perfectly, so when you start the movement all you have to do is simply "drive up".
