❗️ Tip For The Week ❗️
When setting up for your Sn**ch or Clean and Jerk, try to ensure knees are not sitting over the bar.
Push your knees back, keep your weight through the centre of your foot, chest nice and proud.
If you can start with your shins as close to vertical as possible this sets you up perfectly, so when you start the movement all you have to do is simply "drive up".
