We’d like to inform everyone of some changes to the kids’ class schedule over the Christmas period:

🎄Please note that we will be closed on Sunday 22nd December.

☃️The Tuesday 5:00 PM class will run at 11:00 AM on the 24th and 31st December. After these sessions, the class will be discontinued due to low attendance.

🎅🏽The Thursday 4:45 PM class will be cancelled on 26th December and will continue again on the 2nd.

🎁For those who can’t attend their regular class you can either choose a different session or come on Sunday 29th December.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we adjust the schedule. If you have any questions or would like to book your child onto one of these classes, please let us know.

Come and join us this Sunday 23rd June for a Euros inspired class!⚽️

There will be a class running at 9am for our 4 to 7 year olds and one running at 9:45am for our 7 to 11 year olds.

If you’ve never participated in a class with us before then your first class is free so just get in contact with us!🏟️

Please take note that the gym will be closed this weekend for a CrossFit Level 1 course meaning we have to cancel our kids classes on Sunday.

Our regular members will receive an email notifying them of the change.
