Well work as started on the gym extension and revamping we will now have a full time p.t with over 40 years experience he will be introducing himself very soon .. we have some amazing things on the arisen with this new added space and a covered outside area we will have extended by over 200 % plus climbing rope and frame this gym will be hard to beat everyone welcome new customers and old 24hr access to members plus we will be allowing day sessions please keep your eyes peeled for all the stuff coming to the forge gym

New year new start ✨️ 🙌 as a new years gift from the forge gym and team we are giving a day's free pass to anyone in our local area 9-5 Monday to Saturday and also offering a years membership at our 24/7 gym for only £180.
