How can summer be almost over !

We are back on our mats this week 😃

Tuesday 2pm - 3pm Ramsden Village Hall in Old Bolingbroke, easing ourselves back with a lovely flow

Tuesday 6.30pm -7.30pm at Stixwould Village Hall a lovely grounding Yin practice

Thursday Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa 6.45pm -7.30pm with a Yin practice

I know it’s hot and we are about embark on another heatwave. I am adjusting classes to make them a little slower so we can still practice in the heat 😊

Last full week of teaching before I have a 2 week break . I have availability tonight at Stixwould Village Hall for a relaxing Yin class at 6.30 pm

Good Morning

The 2.pm class at Old Bolingbroke has been cancelled today due to the heat . At this point I’m planning on running Yin tonight, but many people will likely choose not to participate due to the high temperatures. Please could you let me know if you do intend to come to the Yin class
