COACHING AT GRUNDISBURGH T C

Nick Frost is our popular head tennis coach at Grundisburgh Tennis Club. He is an RPT & LTA accredited coach with over 20 years of coaching junior and adult players of all levels.

He runs adult and junior training programmes and 1 to 1 sessions and all are open to members (reduced rate) and non-members. The first group coaching session is completely FREE of charge.

Nick’s group coaching programme for adults and children runs on Saturday mornings and 1 to 1 sessions at other times by agreement with Nick. Coaching follows the LTA guidelines.

For children equipment is provided and the first session for adults and children is FREE of charge!

Saturday - 9am - 10am - Adults for all levels
Saturday - 10am - 10.45am - Red (5-7 years)
Saturday - 10.45am - 11.30am - Orange (8-9 years)
Saturday - 11.30am - 12.15pm - Junior (10-14 years)

🎾 WANT TO JOIN OUR CLUB TENNIS SESSIONS? 🎾

Our informal club sessions are a great way to meet fellow members, get some exercise, and enjoy the game in a relaxed, social environment. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, there's a place for you!

We're also looking to start a fun play session for those who just want a relaxed, no pressure, fun knock about. Ideal for those who haven't played before, are looking to get back into tennis or just don't want to play a match format. If you're interested, just get in touch.

🗓️ OUR USUAL SESSION TIMES:

🟢 Monday evening – 5:30pm-7:30pm (Club Play - All welcome)
🟢 Wednesday morning – 10am-12pm (Social Play - Ladies only)
🟢 Wednesday evening – 5:30pm-7:30pm (Club Play - All welcome)
🟢 Friday morning – 9am-11am (Social Play - All welcome)
🟢 Sunday morning – 10am-12pm (Social Play - All welcome)

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Sessions don't always run due to weather or players availability and times can vary too. Check on the WhatsApp group if the session is going ahead before travelling.

Adult tennis coaching is starting with Nick this coming Saturday 9th November 9am-10am. This session is for all levels and will allow Nick to speak with you to assess your coaching needs. As always the first group coaching session is completely FREE of charge.
