Ann and Lesley have formed this Nordic Walking Group and they cover most areas within 20 miles of Woodbridge. They aim to hold Taster Sessions, Learn to Nordic Walk courses and organised walks on a regular basis . Nordic Walking is not to be confused with trekking or hill walking. It uses specially designed poles to enhance your natural walking experience and is the fastest growing fitness activit

y in the world, it is quite unique in that it provides benefits for everyone from those with medical problems to the super fit. Whatever your age, fitness level, or goals Nordic Walking is suitable, effective and enjoyable . It is an excellent social activity in the fresh air, making new friends and having great fun.
