Adult Dance fitness 🕺
Starting Wednesday 28th January at Dennington Village Hall

No experience or coordination needed, just enthusiasm.
The lights will be down and disco lights on so you wont be in the spotlight.
Take it at your own pace with as much or as little effort as you feel comfortable.
