Classes are every Tuesday 18:30 19:30- Rendlesham and Thur 17:45 - 19:15 Hollesley - Karate, self defense, fitness and more. I have been training in Martial arts since the 1980's where I gained my first Black Belt with the EKKA. I still thoroughly enjoy passing on the knowledge and skills that I have learnt over the years. Originally training in Felixstowe and Ipswich with Paul and Mick I have de

veloped a style that embraces some of the traditional Taekwondo style of kicking with modern Karate concepts of hands, sweeps, take downs and other striking techniques. I still believe that Karate should be very challenging and commitment and drive is required to get you through the grading system. I also believe it should no be driven by profit and needs to be affordable as it is all about encouraging students to embrace a martial art whatever that is and grow physically and mentally to better themselves wherever they can.

Afternoon, we will not be training tonight in Hollesley due to the school half term week and many of us being out and about. Back to normal next week starting on Tuesday in Rendlesham at 6:30. Enjoy the short break. Spread the word please and see you all next week !

As mentioned as well, as we move into the spring and summer season we will start to think about our next planned grading. So we will be looking to get a date in the dairy.

Morning, as we discussed last week. As it is the Easter Break we will not be training in Rendlesham on Tuesdays. So no training in Rendlesham Primary on Tuesday 31st March and Tuesday 7th April
