We are Bev & Morgan, we've been involved with endurance sports for most of our lives, coaching and organising events for over 20 years both here in the UK and across the globe. "We are driven by our belief that everyone is an endurance athlete"

It doesn't matter if you are planning to conquer your next ironman or simply want to just be better at surviving your next gruelling 12 hour shift at work

, you are an endurance athlete! By adopting an endurance lifestyle that focuses on health first, complimented by supportive lifestyle & training practices, greater performance will be achieved. It's simply about being better at what you do (sports, work, life, love, etc...) and having some fun along the way!

Benjamin Leo WHITE
Sadly announcing on 6th June 2026, the sudden and unexpected passing of Ben, aged just 19 years of Eggborough. A young man with so much talent and respect in the numerous groups and communities in which those talents were expressed.
Cherished son to mum Catherine. Beloved son to dad Mike. Treasured brother to Iwan, Josh and Luke. A much-loved grandson, nephew, cousin and dear friend to many.
Ben’s family invite you to join them at York Crematorium, Bishopthorpe Road, York, YO23 2QD on Friday 3rd July at 11am to celebrate his short but wonderfully lived life.
For those who attended the service or for anyone who knew Ben, the family extends an invitation to Selby Rugby Club, Sandhill Lane, Selby, YO8 4JP where Ben and his life will continue to be celebrated after the service from 1pm.

It’s with a heavy heart that we inform you of the sudden and unexpected passing of Ben White who has been a part of our crew and safety team for many years. From a little boy helping out where he could at our amphibian swim event through to becoming one of our safety paddlers and qualifying as an open water lifeguard as soon as he was old enough.

Ben has been a familiar face at both the lagoon and within our wider work at events. More than anything he was a great friend to us all and part of the fabric of what we do.

Our thoughts and hearts go out to Mike, Catherine, Iwan, Josh, Luke, and to all his family and friends. Rest easy Ben, you will be missed so much by us all x

Happy International Women’s Day!! The Evolve team are currently out in Lanzarote and more than half of our swim camp and crew are wonderful empowered ladies!!

It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of Evolve squad swimmer and Blue Lagooner Hannah Corne after her long and extremely brave battle with cancer. Hannah has been a familiar face at our training sessions and events over the years and it’s been an absolute pleasure to have Hannah at our sessions and be witness to all the amazing challenges she’s taken on whilst battling her illness. No more so than when she took on Ironman Leeds last year whilst in the advanced stages of her illness. To say she’s is an inspiration is an understatement! Rest easy Hannah and thank you for your inspiration, smiles, laughs and sarcastic wit that has kept us on our toes xx
