A GREAT WEEK FOR TEAM EVO ๐๐ผ๐ฅ
A few big fights & a few big wins! Last weekend stepped up to her first C-Class level fight on in Coventry taking on a tough local girl in an exciting fight. Darcy won via a points decision in a very entertaining bout. Darcy started and finished the fight stronger which was probably the difference in the end. Itโs never a boring fight with Darcy in the ring!! ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
Then on Saturday on .fightingchampionships .e6an stepped in the ring for the very first time. He only started training around 8 months ago and all the hard work and dedication heโs shown really paid off for him. Cool, calm and composed he showed a level of skill you donโt often see from such inexperienced fighters. He won via unanimous points which is what heโs deserved. Well done Flynn ๐
Following that we were at the other end of the scales with fighting for the Elite -55kg English championship Title. The 17year old Terror was taking on the much older undefeated fighter who came to upset the Apple cart. From the start Tilly had to be super focused and stick to the game plan. Throughout the fight she had to defend dangerous head kicks and constant pressure but her movement and countering won through with probably her most mature performance so far! All 3 judges gave it to Tilly and she got yet another belt for her collection. This being her first significant one since fighting in the adult ranks. ๐ฅ
We had fantastic support as always, all the coaches and fighters appreciate every penny you spend coming to these shows. ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
